Easy Exchange and Returns

Don’t love it? No worries! We want to make sure you’re happy so, we’ve made exchanges and returns easy.

 Frankly, we will take back any - unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused item in its original packaging – as long as it's within 30 days of receipt.

If you received one of our products as a gift, you may exchange it for another item of equal or greater value.  

First send us an email to support@buumbuumbaby.com providing the name and email registered of the buyer, we will process your request and send you and exchange form with a return code.  

Second send your Item(s) with the printed return from to us, once we receive the package, you will receive an email confirming your credit along with a code so that you may proceed to select your new item.

Want to rush exchange?

 If you wish to make an exchange, we suggest that you place a new item before it is sold out by using our Rush Exchange feature. The way it works is that we will ship out your new items within 24 business hours once it is placed and you will then need to return the item that you received originally. Just email support@buumbuumbaby.com In the email, include the style you want with the color and size. You will be charged for the new items and we will process your credit for the return items once we receive it. Be sure to only fill out the return portion of the return form when sending in your new items. This applies to in stock items. One last thing -Standard Shipping is complimentary on orders above $100 for your rush exchange item!

 Need to return something?

 For opened items, we offer store credit. If it's shiny and new, we'll refund you!

And of course, if we made a mistake (accidents happen!) and your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or just plain wrong, return shipping is on us.

 As mentioned above, items must be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Refunds are issued using your original method of payment.

 How to do it.  

 1. Email us and let us know what you really want and we'll go from there! support@buumbuumbaby.com

 2. Print off the return / exchange form that we will send to your email.

 3. Place the item in the original packaging in which it was received and include your return / exchange form.

Please allow 10 to 14 business days from the date we receive your package to process your return request. If a credit card refund is issued, it may take up to 1 to 2 billing cycles for the refund transaction to appear on your credit card statement as each bank's processing time may vary.

Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable on orders less than $100. Items returned after 30 days will be accepted at our discretion. We are not responsible for damage to products in transit back to us. We strongly recommend utilizing a reliable mail service. Please note: Buum Buum Baby may refuse any return if it does not meet these guidelines.
